Therefore ”matching” should be the first step when thinking of getting a coach. Can I trust this person to accept me as I am? Furthermore, coach’s skills to develope and maintain a trusting relationship is critical to coaching success. Coaching process is co-creation by nature and free thinking requires psychological safety. Providing such atmosphere is the number one job for your coach.
Coaching processes with me start by us getting to know each other first and to discuss what coaching is and what it can be used for. With the help of semi-structured questionnaire, we clarify the coaching needs. Based on the arising coaching objectives, I propose the structure and exercises for the coaching process.
