There are several reasons why someone should get coaching at some point in their lives. If everything seems crystal clear in your mind, you don’t usually benefit from coaching. However, if things appear less clear, you just might benefit from coaching, or at least from chatting with someone who you consider as compassionate listener.

Coaching is quite new area for research, but the scientific articles published in academically rated journals tell the following:

  • Coaching enhances performance in job interviews (Maurer et al., 1998)
